Experience links golf at its purest! Portmarnock is one of the world’s truly great links courses, located on a small peninsula extending into the Irish Sea and surrounded by water on three sides. Its superior quality, exceptional location and pedigree has made it a natural choice for many great golfing events over the years – including the British Amateur, the Canada Cup, the Walker Cup and 12 Irish Open Championships. As the club proudly explains - some of the world’s best names in golf have put their skills to the test here, from Sam Snead to Seve Ballesteros.

The course itself offers up an incredible challenge and a real test of golf. The legendary Arnold Palmer once described the 15th hole here as “the finest par 3 in the world.”

Practice facilities at the club are at a championship standard, and include a driving range, two short-game areas and a putting and chipping green. Full caddie and forecaddie services are available.
