Muckross House & Gardens, a Victorian mansion, establishes the kernel of Killarney National Park. Also nearby is Ross Castle, a resplendent 15th century fortress owned by the O’Donoughue Ross Chieftains.You will then be taken a short drive to the Kissane Sheep farm, where you can view sheep shearing and sheep dog trials which are very entertaining.
